About the role

As our Office Manager you will be responsible for supporting the operations at the Stockholm office, and ensuring that the office is an attractive workplace as well as a representative display of the Position Green brand for customers and external stakeholders that come to visit. For the right candidate, this job is a great opportunity to grow and develop within Position Green.

Supporting the business units at the Stockholm office with administrative tasks, purchases for the office and social events will be part of your daily job. You will make sure that there is a lot of fun going on at the office coming up with new ideas of things to do to creat a great place to work. You will collaborate with supporting functions (such as finance, marketing and P&C) at other offices to ensure compliance at the Stockholm office. Managing expenses, inventory, purchases and finance support for the Stockholm office will also be a part of this role. Developing and maintaining a plan to ensure the office lives up to the set standards will also be a part of your job. Planning and hosting onboarding for new employees on site and supporting local marketing efforts such as events and fairs is also something that you will do and be responsible for.

You are well structured and manage to keep an overview of different tasks simultaneously while also having a sharp eye for details. You are comfortable working in a variety of environments and want to make an impact right from day one. The word prestigeless fits your way of working very well. We do believe that you have a good sense of humor and can work in a service oriented manner, and you like being in a constantly changing environment.

We are welcoming applications from talented candidates with different backgrounds and levels of experience but preferably you have:

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

• Work experience from similar roles or other service related jobs is considered a strong merit.

• Capabilities from working independently and great collaboration and communications skills.
