Position Green Group was established in early 2022 and comprise several legal
entities across the Nordics, US and UK. Through M&A and organic growth our
ambition is to become a leading sustainability powerhouse globally.
The new role as Head of Group accounting will be crucial to ensure timely reporting of high quality, building a state-of-the-art finance function and implementing new systems. Further, you will be an important discussion partner for the CFO on a wide range of topics.
Areas of responsibility
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Group accounts compliant with both
local GAAP and group policies - Take part in developing a state-of-the-art finance function
- Develop internal control procedures
- Key point of contact for the external auditor
- Manage Group transfer pricing policies
- Develop and maintain Group Financial Manual
- Develop and maintain analyses to drive better decisions
- Support to local accounting resources
- Ad hoc analysis and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor or master’s degree in accounting/auditing or finance
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience from reporting and consolidation of international
companies - Experience from Software-as-a-service (SaaS), consulting and/or M&A and
integration processes is an advantage - Strong proficiency in excel/powerpoint
- Knowledge of IFRS is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communicator in English
