environmental, social and governance domains, and encompasses
strategy advisory, data management, reporting, e-learning and executive

Position Green has +600 clients with more than 200 employees located
across 8 locations in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the US, and the UK.
We are expanding our advisory team in Copenhagen and are
looking for talented new team members to join us. You will become a
pivotal member of our advisory team, working alongside bright minded
colleagues with different areas of expertise and backgrounds. We value

WHAT YOU SHOULD BE GOOD AT
You thrive and succeed in a fast-paced environment, where expert
knowledge is combined with a strong strategic and analytic skill set. You’ll
soon appreciate that we work in a highly collaborative fashion – internally but also with our clients. You are good at building relationships, enjoy
leading and driving projects, taking personal responsibility, and managing
complex challenges. You are a curious person who is passionate about
learning the ins and outs of various industries we work with – shipping,
energy, logistics, construction, venture capital and pharmaceutics being
some examples. You are comfortable running your own client relations
and projects and want to make an impact right from day one.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will play a key role in creating and developing long-term client
relationships, coaching more junior team members and leading
workstreams and/or full projects.
As our new team member, you’ll deliver insightful and impactful
solutions to our customers and accelerate their ESG journey. Your primary
objective will be to lead your own projects as well as support the
execution of assignments through:

• Develop and scope project deliverables in line with clients’ needs and
  timelines.
• Ensure a successful project delivery by supporting your team
  members with a hands-on approach.
• Become a trusted advisor to your clients through your expertise and
  by demonstrating strong communication and stakeholder
  management skills.
• Provide guidance to your team members and help them grow.
• Actively support our business development to enable Position Green’s
  growth aspirations.
• Educate yourself on a continuous basis and share your insights with
  the team.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
We are welcoming applications from talented candidates with different
backgrounds and levels of experience but preferably you are:

• Fluent in spoken and written English is a requirement – Danish
  proficiency is a bonus.
• Have 4-6 years of experience from management consulting or a
  corporate strategy function.
• Can bring leadership experience - not a key requirement but a plus.
• A MSc degree within a relevant field such as finance or business
  economics/ politics / development studies.
