About the role
In the role of Sales Operations Manager, you are responsible for developing the processes for our global Sales teams. Reporting to our Sales Operations Director, you will be part of a newly created team, full of knowledge, ambition and fun. There will also be great development opportunities when you join the company at an early stage.
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will mainly:
- Develop sales processes and sales enablement strategies
- Ensure that processes are followed throughout the whole organization by creating manuals, holding presentations and following up on actions
- Be the Sales Operations representative in working groups when developing industry or standard specific Solutions together with Customer Success, Advisory, Marketing & Communications and Product
- Work closely in projects with other team members to ensure operational excellence within the Sales teams and the whole organization
- Be prepared to work with all tasks in an entrepreneurial and strongly growing company

Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in Sales, ideally within a SaaS company

Compelling Communication Skills: Proficient in creating captivating compelling presentations and process documentation. Fluent in both Swedish and English.
