About the role
As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you'll join our company during an exciting phase of growth, offering a lot of opportunities for professional development. Collaborating closely with the rest of the Operational Excellence team, you'll play a vital role in refining sales processes, creating comprehensive manuals, and delivering engaging presentations to enhance organizational efficiency and operational excellence. Your contributions will drive efficiency, deliver results, and foster business growth. Additionally, you'll provide valuable support to the sales team by implementing and overseeing routines and processes. Reporting directly to our Sales Operations Director, you'll be an integral member of our newly established team, characterized by knowledge, ambition, and a collaborative spirit.
As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will mainly work with:
Develop and maintain sales materials manuals and templates to ensure efficient ways of working and consistency across the organization.
Visualizing processes and presentations for clarity and accessibility
Collaborate with team members on projects to drive operational excellence within Sales and across the organization.
Be prepared to work with all tasks in an entrepreneurial and strongly growing company
Are you the one we’re looking for?
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have 1-3 years of sales experience with an always learning and growing mindset. You like a fast pace and are a natural problem solver. Since you will play a key part in coordinating you need to be well structured and manage to keep an overview of different tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and organizational skills are important qualities for this role. We imagine you thrive on refining sales processes, creating manuals, and delivering engaging presentations for organizational efficiency. You are a great team player and feel comfortable working with different stakeholders within our organization. You have excellent communication skills with professional fluency in Swedish and English.

We believe that you are based in the greater Stockholm or Malmö region. The ideal candidate will thrive on-site in a collaborative office environment, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed to accommodate their work-life balance and contribute effectively to our team.
