About the role

As our new Senior IT Specialist you will have a broad and important role in developing our infrastructure and IT needs. You will be located in our Stockholm office and work in close collaboration with the entire organization, but of course mainly with the IT team. We are currently 4 people located in Stockholm and Malmö. Your responsibilities will include all facets of our IT environment, including:

• Project manager for internal infrastructure projects

• Managing the IT ticketing system and all incoming errands

• Continuous development of our internal policies and structures

• Further develop our IT infrastructure

• Maintaining and monitoring our assets

You will be a key player in supporting Position Green's continued growth journey and there will be great development opportunities when you join us at an early stage.

To succeed in this role we believe you have:

• Five years of IT experience

• Great knowledge of various systems, including Office365, Google Workspace and other similar business applications

• Leadership skills

• Proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English
