About the role

As a Lead Product Designer at Position Green, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product-led growth (PLG) motion. You will be part of the Product Growth team to design experiences that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion. You’ll focus on creating intuitive, data-informed design solutions that enhance the user journey, ensuring that product growth initiatives are seamlessly layered into the core product experience. You will be involved in the entire design process, from ideation to execution, and have a voice in all product decisions, big and small.

• Work with the product growth team to define, refine and evolve our Product-Led Growth opportunities

• Partner with product managers, growth marketers, developers, and data analysts to define and prioritize growth opportunities within the product

• Design experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure impact on growth metrics such as user engagement, retention, and conversion rates

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for growth initiatives, ensuring a seamless and growth-driven user experience

• Leverage user research, data analytics, and user feedback to design and iterate on user experiences that reduce friction in the onboarding process and enhance product adoption

• Think (really) big, dream and explore divergent concepts with understanding how to converge and build iteratively towards a vision

• Collaborate and coordinate cross-functionally to ship impressive user experiences

• Advocate for design by sharing your work, articulating design rationale and goals across functions and coaching other designers

• Inspire the design team and internal partners by bringing ideas to the table and defining the evolution of our products

• Maintain consistency through our products

What we are looking for

• 10+ years of product design experience

• Experience working with Product-Led Growth, including defining and driving growth opportunities from a design perspective

• Strong portfolio showcasing data-driven design solutions that have led to measurable growth improvements

• Primarily focused on driving growth metrics such as user acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion

• Proven ability to find new growth opportunities through experimentation and iteration

• Track record of designing usable, delightful and meaningful products

• Strong attention to craft and the ability to communicate visual and interaction recommendations

• Prior experience participating in multiple areas of product processes. E.g. framing problems, creating experiments, validating solutions with mockups and user testing

• Ability to identify and carry ideas forward with confidence while working proactively, autonomously

• Expertise working with an evolving design system across multiple products

• Full professional proficiency in English, verbal and written

• Proficiency with leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data in making design decisions
