About the role
As an Account Manager at our company, you will play a pivotal role in engaging both existing and potential customers. Your key responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. You will report to the Sales Team Lead and be a vital part of our ambitious, knowledgeable, and fun team.
As an Account Manager you will mainly:
- Demonstrate and sell our sustainability software to potential customers.
- Manage and drive sales cycles with prospects.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Customer Success department to support and maintain customer relationships.
- Participate in seminars, networking events, and other customer engagement activities.
- Be ready to take on various tasks in an entrepreneurial and rapidly growing company.
Who We Are Looking For:
If you are comfortable with outbound prospecting and excel at opening new doors, you will find great success in this role. Ideal candidates are accustomed to managing complete sales cycles and know what it takes to close deals effectively. You should have a positive attitude, a curious nature, and a good sense of humor. We are looking for a proactive doer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, consistently challenges themselves, and takes initiative to achieve goals. You should enjoy working in a dynamic team, collaborating with colleagues, and celebrating successes together.
We Believe You Have:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or political science.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably within a SaaS company.
- A track record of developing strong customer relationships.
- A passion for sales and sustainability.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Norwegian and English.
