About the Role
The role as Student Assistant is part-time and flexible based on your studies, which means that you could have a lower workload during the exam period and higher in other parts of the year. It is also intended as an engagement that could last for the duration of your studies, to provide continuity and predictability both for you and us. As a Student Assistant, you will work mainly in our Advisory Team with a chance to also offer support to our Sales and Customer Success Team, contributing to our mission of helping businesses in their sustainability journey.

• Advisory Team (main support focus): You will be involved in advisory projects across our different service lines to help build templates and deliverables as well as participate in client meetings. You will be able to collaborate closely with our more senior advisors and learn about our service offerings and what it is like to work in the Advisory department.
  
• Customer Success Team (ad-hoc support):You will support our Customer Success team by developing measure structures in the Position Green Platform that accurately meet customers' needs. You will learn about various sustainability standards, dive deep into our platform and its functionalities, support different customer projects, and participate in customer meetings in an analyst role. You will always work alongside a Platform Manager who takes on project leadership.
  

• Sales Team (ad-hoc support): You will have a chance to see how our Sales team operates, and support with the development of company profiles and other research relevant to our Sales activities. In addition, you will be able to participate in Sales meetings to learn about how our Sales process works, including the use of our CRM system.
  
  In all roles, you will have the opportunity to:
• Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Collaborate with experienced team members and share knowledge while
  building skills in advisory projects, and sustainability.
• Develop a deep understanding of our platform's features, helping clients
  apply them effectively.
• Work with small teams to create impactful solutions in a continuous learning environment, with opportunities to shadow senior team members.
• Additionally, you may have the opportunity to contribute to internal projects, help develop our processes, and support different areas of the organization.

Are You the One We Are Looking For?
To succeed in this role, we believe that you are currently a first-year or second-year Master’s student in Norway with a foundation in Business Administration. While a background in Environmental Studies or Human Rights will be highly valued, it is not compulsory for this role.You are meticulous and have a critical mindset, as well as a strong interest in working with digital products. You’re fluent in English, both written and spoken.

As a person, you have a positive attitude, are eager to learn, and enjoy collaborating with others to bring positive change. A sense of curiosity, humour, a sharp eye for details and strong problem-solving skills are also important to us.

Location
This internship requires your physical availability in the Position Green Oslo office. There will be opportunities of hybrid working, but you must be available to work physically in the Oslo office when required.
