About the role 

As a Strategic Sustainability Advisor in our Reporting Team, you excel in consulting and problem-solving, bringing a strong understanding of ESG principles, regulatory requirements, and emerging sustainability trends. You are comfortable collaborating with C-level stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and leveraging technology to drive sustainable solutions and operational efficiencies.

Your expertise in sustainability reporting, CSRD/ESRS, and related frameworks such as TCFD, CPD and SASB, will position you as a key subject matter expert, shaping the development of our advisory services and digital solutions  

Key responsibilities

• Working with clients to understand their reporting needs and guiding them in implementing robust sustainability reporting practices that align with their strategic goals. 

• Developing and delivering comprehensive Sustainability Reporting Roadmaps, leveraging frameworks such as CSRD, ESRS, GRI, TCFD, and others, to ensure compliance with relevant legislation. 

• Providing expert guidance to help clients navigate the complexities of evolving regulatory requirements and reporting standards, ensuring accuracy, credibility, and alignment with stakeholder expectations. 

• Supporting clients in identifying and collecting key sustainability data, streamlining reporting processes, and enhancing the quality of disclosures.
  

What you should bring

You are curious, exploring the strategic risks and opportunities tied to sustainability across diverse industries. You embrace challenges and are eager to learn and enjoy a dynamic environment where diverse perspectives and teamwork are key to delivering impactful solutions.

Desired qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business consultancy or audit, with a focus on sustainability and ESG. 

• A MSc degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business, or environmental sciences. 

• Experience with CSRD reporting, analysis, and implementation. 

• A consulting mindset, with the ability to tackle complex client challenges and propose innovative, impactful solutions. 

• Strong skills in creating compelling narratives, presenting recommendations through professional, client-ready deliverables. 

• In-depth knowledge of key sustainability frameworks such as TCFD, GRI, SASB and CPD. 

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
