Position Green is experiencing a strong scaleup phase, and we are now looking for a Platform Onboarding Manager to onboard and support our platform customers in the DACH region. This role will also play a key part in strengthening our operations and driving business growth across global markets.

About the Role
As one of the first members of our DACH Customer Success team, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a strong foundation for our success in the region. This comes with exciting development opportunities in a rapidly growing business.
In your role as Platform Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding customers to the Position Green Platform. This includes managing projects and ensuring a quality-assured measure structure tailored to the customers’ needs. You will collaborate closely with both the product team and the customer. Reporting to the Customer Success Team Lead, you will join a knowledgeable, ambitious, and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding of customer measure structures into the Position Green Platform, ensuring they align with the customers’ needs, in collaboration with a Platform Onboarding Analyst.
- Provide support on sustainability-related matters as needed by the customer.
- Conduct and manage meetings throughout the onboarding process efficiently.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders (customers, partners, and others) regarding the development of measure structures.

Desired Qualifications
- Educational background in environment, business, economics, or a similar field.
- Project management experience in a B2B environment, preferably within SaaS.
- Knowledge of greenhouse gas emissions and emission factors.
- Familiarity with sustainability reporting standards, such as GRI, GHG Protocol, CDP, or TCFD.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is required.
