About the Role
We are now looking for a Senior Director, FP&A to play a pivotal role in shaping Position Green’s financial truth and value-creation agenda.

You will be accountable for establishing and maintaining a coherent, decision-ready view of Position Green’s financial performance, spanning historical results, forward-looking plans, and SaaS performance metrics.
Operating cross-functionally and reporting to the CFO, you will act as the financial integrator and quality owner of all financial information used by executive leadership, the Board, and investors. The role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on analytical ownership and plays a central role in M&A activities.

Financial Reporting Integration
Ensure coherence, consistency, and interpretability of financial information across the Group
Align all external reporting (statutory, management, Board/investor) in close collaboration with the Group accounting function
Review, challenge, and reconcile inputs from across the finance function
Safeguard the integrity and credibility of Position Green’s financial narrative
SaaS Metrics & Value Creation
Own and continuously refine the company’s SaaS performance framework (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, gross margin, etc.)
Ensure consistent definitions and reporting standards across the organisation
Identify and quantify opportunities to improve unit economics, operating leverage, and cash generation
Track and support value-creation initiatives in collaboration with executive management and owners
Executive & Business Partnering
Provide high-quality financial insight and decision support to executive leadership
Support strategic discussions with clear financial analysis and scenario work

Support target screening, financial modelling, and business case development
Collaborate closely with Position Green’s lead investor and external advisors
Support due diligence, valuation analysis, synergy modelling, and downside scenarios
Lead post-acquisition financial integration from an FP&A perspective
Who We’re Looking For
