About the Role
As an intern, you will work in either our Customer Success Team or Product Team, contributing to our mission of supporting businesses in their sustainability journey.

• Customer Success Team (Platform Analyst): You will support our Customer Success team by developing measure structures in the Position Green Platform that accurately meet customers' needs. You will learn about various sustainability standards, dive deep into our platform and its functionalities, support different customer projects, and participate in customer meetings in an analyst role. You will always work alongside a Platform Manager who takes on project leadership.
  
  

• Product Team (Solution Analyst): You will integrate, optimize, and solve for important sustainability standards in the reporting landscape, helping customers achieve compliance. You'll participate in the full lifecycle of solution building—ideating, testing, maintaining, and improving the templates and visualizations we use for hundreds of customers. You will be collaborating closely with Product Managers and learning about product development and what it is like to work in the product department.

In both roles, you will:

• Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Develop a deep understanding of our platform's features, helping clients apply them effectively.

• Collaborate with experienced team members and share knowledge while building skills in product development, programming, and sustainability.

• Work with small teams to create impactful solutions in a continuous learning environment, with opportunities to shadow senior team members.

• Additionally, you may have the opportunity to contribute to internal projects, help develop our processes, and support different areas of the organization.

Are You the One We Are Looking For?
To succeed in this role, we believe that you are currently studying Engineering or Computer Science.

You are meticulous and have a technical understanding, as well as a strong interest in working with digital products. You’re fluent in English, both written and spoken.

As a person, you have a positive attitude, are eager to learn, and enjoy collaborating with others to bring positive change. A sense of curiosity, humor, a sharp eye for details and strong problem-solving skills are also important to us.
